Grandmas meat Loaf


I'm posting this just to raise your cholesterol.  No, seriously, this is good!


Grandma’s Meatloaf   (super yummy!!)

2 lbs hamburger
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup grated carrots
½ cup ketchup
¼ cup bbq sauce
½ cup milk
1 tsp salt.
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp sage

Mix and shape into 2 loaves cover with bacon and then the sauce on top:

1 cup ketchup
2 cups brown sugar

Bake 350 for 1 hour or until done.
